Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees or hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay. Enterprise plans may have custom implementation fees depending on requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes! All churches automatically qualify for our non-profit pricing, which is already reflected in the prices shown. Additional discounts may be available for annual plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, it's permanently deleted from our servers.
